Blue-Lyon grew out of my work in HR, where I managed second-shift operations and watched transportation gaps derail good employees. That experience, combined with my background in psychology and human development, shaped a people-first yet performance-focused model. I built this company to protect attendance, support families, and give HR and operations leaders a partner they can trust.
